Release HTTP-AnyUA 0.904

  * When AnyEvent::HTTP and Mojo::UserAgent are used as backends, we now try
    to respond with AnyEvent::HTTP and Future::Mojo respectively.
  * HTTP::Tiny is now a recommended (instead of suggested) runtime dependency.
